Giorgos Bourantas was born in 1968 in Chalkida where he currently lives. He is married to Cleopatra Akriotis who is a notary and together they have two children. He is a graduate of the department of Electrical Engineering at Imperial College, University of London. From 2006 to 2014 he was member of the Delegation of Evia’s Regional Department of the Technical Chamber of Greece, and from 2010 to 2014 served as Chairman at Evia’s Regional Department of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
He has worked in Intracom SA as Project Manager and since 2003 he works as a freelancer assuming electromechanical construction projects.
Additionally Vice Mayor Bourantas substitutes Vice Mayor of Municipal Unity of Lilantion Mr. Triantafyllou in case of the latter’s absense or in case of other resrtictions and he is the designated Chairman of the Quality of Life Committee.
